Well I really did not see that one coming (well to be honest I did as Boston breakers is one of the best teams in the NWSL league but I did expect a win but I guess I didn't expect such a big victory that's all) as Boston Breakers won against northeastern uni 6 nil.. in a really good game but Boston Breakers were able to score 5 of there goals in the last 35 minutes which was the extraordinary thing id say! I have forgotten exactly who scored all the goals just because there were so many but if my memory serves me right Devanna who has just been with the team for a only a few days scored pretty much straight away I think which is so cool and says a great deal.. and it looks as though even with so many new players Boston breakers are coming together as a strong side. So I think I know who will win the league at the moment... GO BOSTON!!!
Though it has gotta be mentioned that it is only some minor uni team so nothing special but lots of goal is always really good who ever you are against and should help boost Boston's moral!!

Stupid hosts scammed me!
I run another self hosted blog...(not this one) but I chose really cheap nasty hosting for it and was foolish enough to pay for a whole year in advance.. silly me because the hosting company that turned out not to be a real company at all but a scammer ran off with my money....... ahhh so annoying! Apparently they sold the hosting company.. what after only a month of setting it up.. erm I dont think so! then the servers just went dead and so did my website... just a white page.... I had to switch hosting but I made sure I didn't make the same mistake as I did last time.
WPSL to have even more teams this season
Well I was reading a post on wps today that said the the wpsl basically has 17 new teams for this 2014 season coming up... now in anyone's book 17 new teams is a lot.. though they aren't all professional and the Boston Breakers that have said will be just the reserve team but nonetheless I think womens soccer is definitely on the up.. I wonder how much these professional players actually get paid... they are meant to get paid a pro wages but I dont know how much that actually is... I doubt it is THAT much.... I bet nowhere near the mens wages in Europe that can be £100k a week for top top players.. and that doesn't include sponsors. Read the post here..... basically it tells you a little bit about all the team... I would do the same but I really have no time for that. sorry. Its good to see womens soccer expand!!!!!! so good for the wpsl I say!
Cured my plantar fasciitis
In no time at all my plantar fasciitis is cured how great is that... I got it after going out running and while I was running my feet started getting more and more sore but I just carried on running and ignored it than at the end I ended up pushing my plantar fascia's on my feet to far and got PF.
So thanks mostly to some advise form WPS I finally managed to sort out my plantar fasciits and after two weeks of getting it what I did was not to stand or walk at all and that seemed to do the job and now it is healed which is great news, but what I read from wps is that you are meant to wear some good insoles even after you have recovered to ensure that the underlining cause which is usually inflammation caused by poor fitting shoes not giving you the right arch support so I am getting some of these insoles to stop this ever happening again... good idea right?
I think that inflammation is caused by overuse... so I guess you carnt win not exercising and you carnt win either if you do exercise..... hmm but hopefully next time I do decide to go out jogging Il see if insoles do help.. Il post another post if they work or not.. I am still on the bench as to whether I should pick up some custom made insoles or not.. what do you guys think?
Update: I ended up getting some cheap off the shefl ones and these sure are comfy and support me just right I think that custom ones are a little bit of a scam really as mine seem to adapt to my feet shape so I dont need custom built ones. Been out running in them and usually when I used to run my feet would ache and get sore afterwards but this wasnt the case this time I didnt feel anything during or after my run which is super!
